其間，看到醫生與護士們與一位病人的家屬談話，醫生對家屬說，若要替病人動手術，便需要十三萬元的醫藥費，醫生問他們有沒有足夠的金錢，勸他們想清楚再決定是否動手術，若同意付款，家屬須要立刻繳付二萬元按金，醫生才會將病人推進手術室，若沒有，便不會動手術。當時的地點是急症室門外，醫生和護士們與家屬談話，身旁臥在病床上的正正就是那位危在旦夕的病人。
